Manish Bhardwaj is an accomplished executive and CEO with over 20 years of successful leadership experience. Prior to starting Prospance, Manish was a Senior Director at Altera Corporation, with responsibilities for their worldwide infrastructure organization. Prior to Altera, Manish worked as Sales Executive, P&L owner, and Consulting Delivery Leader for HP, Quinnox, Oracle, NIIT, and Wipro. Manish has extensive work experience in ASEAN countries, in addition to India and US.

Manish is a Computer Science Engineer from MIT Pune and an MBA from Haas Business School.

Peter is the founder principal of Complete Business Solutions, a firm providing outsourced financial and advisory services to small and medium businesses. Peter has held several key positions with Dean Witter Reynolds (now Morgan Stanley), Charles Schwab & Co., and Bank of America in various levels of Corporate accounting and planning. He has done extensive work with regulatory reporting and financial accounting. He has been a Quickbooks â„¢ professional advisor. He is an enrolled agent (EA), a certification with US Department of Treasury to practice before Internal Revenue Service.

Peter has an undergraduate degree in Accounting with a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from San Francisco State University.

Rajesh Sinha has more than 20 years experience of working in various technology related fields like Service, Support and Training in IT Industry before joining Prospance InfoTech Pvt Ltd. He has worked in the past with several organizations like IP 4 Networkers, Networkers Guru and Micro Care India as Business and Operations Head. He has been a consistent performer managing Sales with focus on Delivery.

He has always shown a great skill with Management and Operations though Sales remains his core skill. He is a Computer Engineer with an MBA in IT.
