Chief Financial Officer

Peter is the founder principal of Complete Business Solutions, a firm providing outsourced financial and advisory services to small and medium businesses. Peter has held several key positions with Dean Witter Reynolds (now Morgan Stanley), Charles Schwab & Co., and Bank of America in various levels of Corporate accounting and planning. He has done extensive work with regulatory reporting and financial accounting. He has been a Quickbooks â„¢ professional advisor. He is an enrolled agent (EA), a certification with US Department of Treasury to practice before Internal Revenue Service.

Peter has an undergraduate degree in Accounting with a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from San Francisco State University.
