Security Engineering Project Manager
Pay Range: $60/hr – $70/ hour
Job Duties:
- Responsible for implementing design coordination activities into engineering design packages.
- Responsible for defining scope of work for installations of security systems including ACS, VSS, and IDS
- Responsible for developing concise communications and workflows for articulating Security Installation status and on-site conditions.
- Responsible for as-built verification leveraging Bluebeam software, PlanGrid, Aconex and traditional survey means/methods.
- Work with Security Engineering, Technical Project Controls, Construction, BIM and Engineering to create process improvements for Coordination, Short Interval Planning, 4D Analysis and other construction-related activities.
- Expected to work in a fast-paced, high-volume workload environment.
Skills & Experience Required
- Project Management Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent industry experience
- Physical Security Certification such as Physical Security Professional (PSP) or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing physical security projects including overseeing the installation of Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, and Access Control systems.
- Experience interfacing with construction and cost control on quantity takeoffs and Work Breakdown Structures
- Continuously meeting and exceeding internal and external customer’s expectations
- Ownership of a site’s security posture and associated projects through initial site planning, initial build-out, move-add-change projects, site maintenance, and decommissioning.

Network Engineer
Job Duties:
Work under supervision and use design methodologies to assist with configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS). Work on performing code upgrades to fix the vulnerabilities of the existing code and Circuit upgrades to provide better services to offices in terms of quality and bandwidth. Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure. Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations. Provide extended support to Design team in complex designing with various protocols in complex structures. Implement and execute design plans and assist resolve complex customer issues. Responsible for the layout, and maintenance of all routers and switches of different vendors such as Cisco, Juniper and Arista. Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team. Develop automation scripts to automate the scripts for network traffic monitoring tools. Implement Cloud Solutions for network connectivity to achieve network uptime. Work on complex trouble-shootings for WIFI networks ensuring greater experience of connectivity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Networking, Information Systems, CIS, MIS, Engineering (EE/ELEC Engineering, Networking) or related field. In lieu of the B.S Degree will accept an equivalent combination of education (At least 3 years college level education) and work experience that is equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s Degree, 24 Months of relevant work experience required in the job offered or another job with similar job duties but given another designation.

Job Duties:
Study client’s current Information systems and procedures and design information systems solutions to help the organization operate more efficiently and effectively. Design solutions that bring business and information technology (IT) together by understanding the needs and limitations of both. Design, implement and deploy Application solutions to achieve defined business goals. Functionality development and configuration of master data. Integration between various Applications and modules. Provide technical expertise in terms of software usage, functionality, performance, aesthetics, resilience, reuse, comprehensibility, economic and technological tradeoffs. Use programming languages to design computer applications and code computer instructions from the systems documentation, project specifications and statements of problems and procedures to detailed logical flow charts for coding into computer language. Test and debug computer programs. Review codes. Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs.
