Sales Engineer

Prospance is looking for dedicated and motivated Sales Engineer to support our Business Development in United States and India. You will be the torch bearer of an organization that has strong presence in most industry verticals. As part of Business development you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating and managing strategic relationships with content and technological partners.

Job Duties:

  1. Develop IT and Business contacts for selling Prospance’s products and services.
  2. Identify opportunities and lead the sales process.
  3. Manage delivery and participation in client relationship management for corporate engagements.
  4. Assisting with overall business strategy, pricing analysis, vendor/partner contract reviews.
  5. Defining and implementing best practices in business planning and management, budgeting and forecasting.
  6. Lead all prospecting and sales related activities within an assigned territory of prospective enterprise accounts to grow net new revenue and new bookings.
  7. Analyze, prepare and identify quality documents of the operating systems to meet client’s needs.
  8. Analyze sales data for trends as per promotion on web and print media.
  9. Analyze online data, including click- stream behavior, path analysis and consumer profiling.

Prospance is looking for a Technical Recruitment Lead for leading its Domestic team of IT Recruiters.

Position: Full Time

 

Job Description

  1. Minimum experience required is 8 years in the Recruitment Industry and IT domain.
  2. Candidate should have worked/ should be working as a Lead for IT Recruitment team.
  3. Well versed and good understanding of Technology.
  4. Responsible for end to end recruitment operations.
  5. Motivating, monitoring and driving the team’s performance.
  6. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
  7. Good in research, market mapping and headhunting.
  8. Screening and shortlisting best matched profiles.
  9. Meeting the targets given time on time basis.
  10. Maintain daily hiring reports.
